Thank you for shopping with Tays custom space! Below is our shipping policy for all orders.

 



Processing Time

All custom phone cases are made to order.

Please allow [1 business day] for production before shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.



Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship orders using FedEx and USPS.

USPS:Priority Mail options available

FedEx: 2 day option available



Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on our website.




Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Priority: [1–3 business days] after shipping

FedEx 2 day: 2 business days (Monday-Friday)


Please note that these are estimates and do not include production time.



Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on USPS.com or FedEx.com.
 

 


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx (please choose USPS for P.O. Box addresses).




Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS or FedEx directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, email us at tayscsustomspace@gmail.com.
