At Tays Custom Space, customers can easily track their orders through our online tracking system. Once an order is placed, customers receive a tracking number via email, which they can use to monitor the status of their shipment in real-time. Our tracking system provides updates on the order's location and estimated delivery date.

The process works as follows:
Place your order for the phone case you want
Send the image to tayscustomspace2@gmail.com
Once the order is paid for and the image is received, I will start on the case. (previews will be sent after work is complete)
You will receive the shipping number depending on the shipping method (fedex or usps)
Please allow 1 business day for work to be complete (I will be working on them after the store closes to ensure they are done correctly)
Orders received after 2pm will be processed and shipped out the next business day
