At tays custom space, every phone case is custom-made to your specifications. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your design, text, and order details carefully before checkout.




2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or defective product


We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.



3. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.



4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Errors in spelling, color, or image quality provided by you

Change of mind after placing the order

Normal wear and tear after delivery



5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
